Pictured here (but not limited to these items) is toilet paper, extra sneakers, sleeping bags, flashlights, water, disposable bowls, plastic bottles, peanut butter, beef jerky, raisins, sardines and other essential items!
I discussed with my father about what would happen during an emergency and proposed to make an emergency kit and plan (mostly because my grade depends on it.) I managed to convince him to buy all our supplies and make plans in case of an emergency.
Humans need about a gallon of water a day, since it would just be the two of us we got 6-gallons of water for three days and a few more bottles of water just in case. The water isn't just for drinking though, you gotta stay clean! We also purchased a radio with batteries so we can stay informed on the situation outside and possibly an ETA for a rescue if things go down south. Sleeping bags to stay warm during the night and to sleep in of course, toilet paper is self explanatory but it could also be used for bandages. Flashlights for illumination, matches to light fires and emergency illumination and a first aid kit. Most of that is in the blue backpack in the first picture. The red backpack has dehydrated or air sealed food like soup, beef jerky, canned veggies, sardines, raisins, tea and other good stuff to stay alive.
Our plan to meet up is to go to our house, but not the house itself but rather the somewhat empty garage. We hid the stuff in there so we wont have to carry that stuff. In the off chance things go south and we have to leave the garage we planned to go to my aunt's house and carry our stuff over there since they also have a similar plan.
